Come if you complain of occasional low back pain, knee problems or rotator cuff issues. Our new Functional Training class will help if you feel like you are loosing your balance and strength or simply want to move better.

You can roll back the clock by coming once or twice a week and performing guided exercises in our Functional Training class. This will help you to reduce the risk of injury and improve performance weather it's doing day to day tasks or being out on a trail, ski slopes or a dance floor.

This class will incorporate balance training with core toning while building strength - everyone will gain new skills in our new FT class!

Grandmaster Marilyn Cooper is an international gold medalist in Tai Chi and a tournament Grand Champion in Northern Shaolin with over 50 years of experience.
