This class is a high intensity and endurance based 30 minute workout utilizing Jillian's 3-2-1- interval formula: 3 minutes of strength - 2 minutes of cardio - 1 minute of core/abs.

The first 15 minutes are dedicated to introduction and rehearsal of the exercises where intensity and complexity progressions and regressions are reviewed.
