Participants are coached to get the most from the workout. Regular workout clothes and shoes are fine, although cycle shoes are recommended. SPINNING® also referred to as SPIN® Class is a fun way to get in shape, and allows FITNESS SF members to train in the off-season without having to wear a helmet or watch out for cars!

Power Flow is appropriate for all levels of yogi and modifications are given for beginners and those with injuries!  It is a fantastic companion to weight-lifting and heavy cardio. (Try it on a rest day or after strength training!)
