The class will focus on improving technique and strength in Olympic-style weightlifting. Weightlifting consists of two primary lifts, the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. The benefits include the development of strength, power, speed and flexibility. Additional benefits include fat loss, full-body toning, better timing and balance. Weightlifting can also help athletes perform better in their respective sport or activity, ranging from dancing to contact sports.
