The main ingredients are almond butter, pumpkin and eggs๐Ÿณ Each muffin has 6 G Carb, 2.5 G fiber, 1 G sugar, 12 g fat & 6 G protein. If you want a little extra sweetness, you can add honey to the recipe or drizzle a little on top. It's a great snack or part of breakfast.
