At FITNESS SF, we offer two different styles of training. Personal Training and Small Group Training.
A Gold Level Personal Trainer typically has a minimum of one nationally accredited training certification and the proven ability to create a program that will help clients reach their goals
An Evolution Level Personal Trainer typically holds a minimum of two nationally accredited training certifications in addition to a variety of specialized certifications. The Evolution Trainer typically also has a minimum of 3 years personal training experience.
An Elite Personal Trainer at FITNESS SF typically holds at least three nationally accredited certifications and holds a degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology. The Trainer typically also has a minimum of 5 years of personal training experience and is trained in a variety of specialized certifications.
Our Small Group Training sessions combine the atmosphere of group fitness with a personalized coaching experience. All of our instructors have their own unique style, which keeps your workouts fresh, fun and challenging. Small Group Training is great for individuals of all levels. Space is limited. Small Group Training sessions are fee based.
FITNESS SF Mobile allows you to view class schedules, class changes, add a class to your calendar, view current announcements, promotions, coupons and membership incentives.
